    What is laminate flooring production line?

    What machines are required to install a laminate flooring production line?

    1. Short cycle laminating line
    The overlay paper, decorative paper, HDF board and balance paper are pressed together through short cycle press with high pressure,high temperature and short cycle time.

    2. Cutting line
    This line main function is cut big board into some small boards; it can work with the front and the back of automatic loading and unloading system to finish automatic feed in and feed out.

    3. Laminate flooring DET (Double End Tenoner) production line
    It is used in the forming processing of the board's long sides and short sides. It can work together with automatic loading and unloading system and then connect with automatic packing line in the back. Advanced design, simple structure, easy operation, intensive automation and reliable performance.
    There are 5+5 stations and 6+6 stations production lines, each cutter shaft can be rotated to different angles freely. It is applicable to process groove of all kinds of boards.

    4.V-shape groove painting Line(optional)
    Used for the floor V-groove, use water-based paint,first short side coating and drying, then long side. The floor with paint improved waterproof properties, which is beneficial to the floor of the joining together

    5. Wax sealing line
    Make wax into all grooves of laminate flooring, ensure waterproof and in favor of connecting of flooring.

    6. Automatic Packing line

    To realize the function of full automatic film covering and shrinking.The shrinked package can naturally cool or be cooled by strong wind, and then, the objects will automatically slide on the slide to floor stacking area.There is also a fully automatic line, which automatically packs the board in a dust-free box, and heat shrinks (optional).

    7. Dust extraction system

    It is used for collecting and handling all kinds of dust from double end tenoner and multi rip saw machine.

    How to build a laminate flooring production line?
    1. Workshop
    Usually,a complete flooring production line includes 3-4 short cycle lamination lines and a rest of flooring line. An automatic lamination line covers 320 m2(length:40 meters,width:8 meters), 1,200 m2 (length:60 meters,width:20 meters) for flooring processes. So totally 2,500 m2 space is required for machinery equipment.
    2. Warehouse
    Meanwhile,2,000 m2 warehouse is needed for raw boards,melamine paper,laminated boards,finished flooring,etc.
    3. Operating workers
    To operate the whole production line with 3 shifts,60-70 workers are needed.
    4. Production capacity
    Full automatic flooring line has a production capacity 5,500 m2 per shift (8 hours).
